If u have a new battery but the battery level is low after idling for a long while (e.g. 2 to 3 weeks), u better go to garage to recharge it instead of replacing a new one.  Since a battery normally has more than 2 years life span if it is a brand model :P.  Also, ask the garage to charge the battery at slow mode so that the life span of the battery can be longer :P
